Many landlords do not allow their tenants to paint the apartment, but if you’re on a friendly basis with your landlord and come to them with a well thought out plan that includes paint chips in relatively neutral colors, an agreement to pay for paint, and possibly a deal to repaint it before you leave, you may get your way in the paint department.
